This Privacy Policy explains how Unblocking, a 3D puzzle game for Apple devices developed and published by ZITRIXNET SPA, handles your information.
In short: Unblocking does not collect personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking, and it can be played offline.
1. Information we collect
Unblocking does not send gameplay data to ZITRIXNET SPA and does not include advertising, tracking, third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. It does not require an account or sign-up.
Optional iCloud synchronization and in-app purchases communicate with Apple as described below. If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send in your message.
2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress, such as unlocked levels, stars, high scores, hints and settings, is stored on your device so you can keep playing. We do not receive this information.
3. Optional iCloud sync
When Sync progress is enabled, completed levels, best scores and stars are stored in the private iCloud key-value storage associated with your Apple Account and combined across your devices, keeping the best result. The current game, language and preferences remain on each device. Purchases are restored separately through the App Store.
Apple stores and processes iCloud data under its Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ . ZITRIXNET SPA cannot access your private iCloud game data. Changes require a connection and may not arrive immediately. You can turn synchronization off in the app’s Settings.
After you request an iCloud progress reset in the app, a minimal reset marker is retained in iCloud and on the device so outdated results are not restored by other updated devices. This marker contains a random identifier and reset time, not your scores or completed levels.
4. In-app purchases
Unblocking is free to download and offers optional one-time purchases, such as additional levels, music tracks or the option to play levels in any order. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and Apple does not share your payment details with us. The app only checks with the App Store which purchases are valid, so it can unlock the content you bought.
Through App Store Connect, Apple may provide us with aggregated sales and usage statistics, including from users who choose to share app analytics with developers. These statistics do not identify you.
5. Tracking
Unblocking does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies and does not use the device advertising identifier.
6. Contacting support
If you write to us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We keep these messages only for as long as needed, and you can ask us to delete them.
7. Children
Unblocking does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
8. Deleting your data
In the updated app, open Settings > Delete progress. With iCloud synchronization enabled and available, choose Delete here and in iCloud and confirm. The current game and completed results are removed on this device, and the reset is queued for your other updated devices. Update Unblocking on all devices and connect them to iCloud so they receive the reset.
With synchronization disabled, deletion affects this device only; turning synchronization on later may restore iCloud results. Deleting the app alone does not delete its iCloud progress. Purchases are not deleted or refunded by resetting progress. Apple manages its own purchase records and backups.

10. Changes to this policy
If we change how Unblocking handles information, for example by adding a new feature that requires data, we will update this policy and its "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
