Terms of Use

1. License agreement

Unblocking is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

These Terms of Use supplement that agreement, together with the Zitrix Digital Terms of Service, including its additional terms for App Store apps: https://digital.zitrixnet.com/en/terms/

2. Use of the app

You may use Unblocking for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or bypass its in-app purchases, except where the law expressly allows it.

3. Free content and in-app purchases

Unblocking is free to download and includes free levels. Optional one-time purchases unlock additional content, such as more levels, additional music tracks or the option to play levels in any order. The content included in each purchase and its price are shown in the app and in the App Store before you buy, and prices may vary by country.

Purchases are processed by Apple, are linked to your Apple Account and can be restored on devices signed in with the same Apple Account. Unblocking does not currently offer subscriptions or automatic renewals.

4. Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies: https://support.apple.com/118223

5. iCloud sync

Syncing your progress with iCloud is optional and depends on Apple's iCloud service, your Apple Account settings and your available iCloud storage.

6. Updates

We may release updates to fix problems, add content or keep the app compatible with Apple devices and operating systems. Some updates may require a newer operating system version. We make reasonable efforts to keep purchased content available in future versions of the app.

7. Intellectual property

Unblocking, including its puzzles, graphics, music, text and code, belongs to ZITRIXNET SPA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Unblocking is provided "as is". Our liability is limited as described in the Zitrix Digital Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version.
