1. Using TICKFAST

TICKFAST is an iPhone game provided by ZitrixNet SpA. Use an authorized copy and follow the rules shown in the game. Do not manipulate balances, purchases or scores, exploit errors or interfere with other users or services. TICKFAST’s name, design and software remain the property of their respective rights holders. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this page.

2. Energy, opportunities and rewards

Each challenge has its own timer. A new run starts with three opportunities and consumes one energy unless unlimited energy is active. The spendable energy cap is five. A free refill restores the balance to five one hour after the first energy is spent; further spending, ads and purchases do not restart the countdown.

At zero energy, the app may offer five energy for purchase or one energy for a completed rewarded ad. A five-energy purchase approved after a refill remains pending until the balance next reaches zero. When a run has no opportunities, a rewarded ad may grant one opportunity up to twice per run; a paid continuation grants three opportunities without a per-run purchase limit. Continuations preserve score and progression; failed challenges reset the combo.

Energy and opportunities are in-game benefits, not money or transferable assets. Rewards are delivered only after the ad provider confirms they were earned. Ads can be unavailable; waiting for the free refill remains an option.

3. Optional purchases and restoration

Available purchases and their final local prices are displayed by the App Store before confirmation. The planned products are five energy, three additional opportunities and a one-time unlimited-energy purchase. Unlimited energy covers new runs only, not extra opportunities or continuations. These products are not subscriptions.

Apple processes payment and refund requests under its applicable terms. Use Restore purchases in the game’s Settings with the original Apple Account for eligible entitlements. Consumable delivery and balance recovery require the original iCloud account and connectivity when cloud services are enabled. Used consumables are not replenished by restoring purchases. 4. Availability, privacy and support

TICKFAST is preparing for release. Store availability, compatible iOS versions and enabled online features depend on the published version. Network access and Apple or Google service availability are needed for online features. Uninstalling or deleting local/cloud data can remove progress or unused balances; consult support before deleting data if a purchase is pending.
