Contact [email protected] with TICKFAST in the subject. Include your app version, iOS version and a description of the issue. Never send passwords, full payment details or verification codes.
Energy starts new runs; opportunities are the mistakes allowed within a run. Free energy refills to five one hour after the first energy is spent. Additional spending, ads or purchases do not extend that countdown.
When you have zero energy, you can wait, buy five energy or finish a rewarded ad for one energy. Within a run, rewarded ads can grant one opportunity up to twice; paid continuations grant three opportunities. Closing an ad before earning its reward does not grant a reward. Ad availability depends on connectivity and the provider.
To restore unlimited energy, use Restore purchases in Settings with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Consumable balances and pending deliveries rely on the original iCloud account and internet access when cloud services are enabled. If a five-energy purchase arrives after a free refill, delivery waits until the balance next reaches zero.
For billing and refunds, use Apple: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ . Reset statistics clears local statistics, not purchases or records stored by Apple services. Some online services may not be available in prerelease versions.
Music: turn off Silent Mode on your iPhone, enable Music in Settings and raise Music volume. Stop playback in other apps if you want to hear TICKFAST’s soundtrack. The Home speaker button toggles both music and effects. Music stops on the results screen.
The Daily Challenge contains 20 challenges with 5 seconds each, uses one energy and does not offer continuations. Daily records and personal achievements are stored on your device; worldwide rankings apply to the three standard difficulty modes.
